Return / Replacement Window

  • You can request a return or replacement within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care & hygiene items (beauty, skincare, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

For faster service, return the product and place a new order for the item you want.


EU Customers – Cooling Off Period

If shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 5 days, no questions asked. Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
